to be Honored at 2010
Stars of Stony Brook Gala
The 2010 Stars of Stony Brook Gala will honor world-renowned
scientist, Dr. Chen-Ning Yang, Stony Brook's first Nobel
Laureate faculty member and a distinguished member of the
international academic community.
UPDATE: According to Think Magazine, the new dorm being
built in front of Roosevelt Quad (formerly Stage XII), will
be named Yang College in honor of Professor Yang.

The event will held on Thursday, April 22nd at Pier Sixty,
Chelsea Piers in Manhattan, beginning at 6:30 PM; dress is
business attire.
Donors to the Gala have helped generate more than $15
million to-date for student scholarships.

Tickets $500
Table of ten $5,000
Complimentary bus transportation is available to/from the
Gala. Seats are limited and available on a first come, first
served basis. Reservations are required.
