Most of the Wang Center is public space, as are its
events. You can take photos of anyone with the exception of
staff in their offices, and with the possible exception of
performers. Performer's contracts may state that no
photography is allowed and you would need to get permission
first. However, if you do use any people in your photograph
and do not get a consent form, SBU cannot use your
photograph for publicity purposes.
